Mariner Lighthouse is founded on our three core tenets:

• That a Civil Society is one in which ALL people are valued, not just some.

• That a Civil Society cannot be created with only half the population; both genders must be equally respected.

• That ALL people should feel that they have the opportunity to grow to the limit of their potential.

The founders believe that these principles leverage the opportunity to put bilateral andregional economic partnerships at the service of world stability.  Allowing Mariner Lighthouse to commit to the creation of a civil society using individual growth as an agent of cultural and societal development; a society in which each person feels they have the ability to make a difference.
